Standing in its own grounds the Three Beaches is in a very quiet position and gets the name from being just a few minutes walk from 3 of Newquay’s large beaches – Tolcarns, Lusty Glaze and Porth, with just a 15 minute walk into Newquay town centre.

At Three Beaches we have a large car park for residents only. The guesthouse is licensed for residents and their friends with a well stocked snack bar lounge. Bar snacks are available in the evening. The dining room is situated on the ground floor, guests have separate tables.

The guesthouse is highly recommended for its generous home cooking and vegetarians are very well catered for. We have a separate television lounge, where you can obtain evening refreshments.

The guesthouse has 12 full en-suite bedrooms and all have TV and tea/coffee making facilities. We have 4 ground floor bedrooms.

Children are welcome and a reduction is made for those sharing the parent’s bedrooms. All rooms have full central heating.
