‘The Batch’ A lovely old 3 bedroom detached cottage in a quiet cul de sac in the centre of Newquay. It is only 100m from the centre of town and the Newquay Arms, bank, boots etc.

A short 400m walk to Towan beach and the harbour. Leave your car in the house’s parking space and walk. Relax on the secluded patio in the walled garden, it’s a real suntrap.

The bedroom consist of a room with a double bed and bunk bed and washbasin. The 2nd room has a double bed and washbasin and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom and toilet is upstairs. Downstairs has a toilet, lounge with TV and DVD and a dining area plus kitchen. Sleeps 2-7 people.

‘Bay Watch’ sleeps 2-6 people. A, lovely original stone built 4 bedroom terraced house near the centre of Newquay with wonderful sea views over the bay from Towan beach to Trevose Head.

There is private parking at the rear of the house and a patio area. The house is situated between Fistral and Towan beaches and is a short 300m to the centre of Newquay.

Downstairs there is a large lounge with TV and DVD, a dining room, large modern kitchen, utility room with washing machine and a toilet. Upstairs has a twin bedded room, a double bedded room two single rooms and a bathroom. The rear single bedroom has stunning views over the bay.
