Pentire Court is situated in one of the very best positions in Newquay and affords spectacular views across Fistral Beach, which is renowned as one of Europe's finest. Newquay is famous for its surfing beaches and stunning coastal scenery. In addition to Fistral Beach, there are many other well known beaches easily accessible including Crantock Beach, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth.

There are numerous facilities in Newquay for people of all ages and Newquay is also well situated for visiting some of Cornwall's other attractions, for example Bedruthen Steps - 6 miles and Padstow - 15 miles.

Number 5, Pentire Court is a maisonette arranged on ground and first floors with the bedrooms and main lounge on the ground floor being suitable for disabled access and a large kitchen diner on the first floor.

This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people comprising two double beds, a single bunk and a sofa bed. Children are welcome and child-safety gates, high chair and travel cot are provided if required.

Camelia Barn is a recent, luxury conversion of a 150 year old barn and offers the benefits of modern day life whilst retaining the charming character of the original barn.

Camelia Barn is situated in the quaint village of Trevarrian, 6 miles from Newquay and 9 miles from Padstow. The barn is less than half a mile from the beautiful Mawgan Porth beach and is also close to Watergate Bay.

It is an ideal location for visitors who do not wish to be right in the middle of the main tourist area but still require access to the events, attractions and coastal walks in the area. The property comprises of an open plan 45ft reception room, with windows on all sides affording stunning coastal views. It is tastefully furnished with leather settees and reproduction furniture and there is Sky TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and oven/hob/extractor. All utensils are provided.

The accommodation also comprises: entrance hall with quarry tiles, 3 double bedrooms (one with bunk bed), large new bathroom, enclosed patio area with barbecue, patio furniture and shed,  off street parking for one car and on street parking in private road.
