We are a small, friendly, family run AA 4 star, licensed guesthouse with a relaxed atmosphere, we have six rooms all recently refurbished. Most rooms are en-suite, all have colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms and hairdryers. Own keys at all times.

We are centrally situated 2 minutes to Newquay town and 5 minutes to Newquay’s main surfing beaches. Close to taxi, bus and train station, zoo, swimming pool and boating lake.
