Located just two hundred yards from the mile-long sandy beach of Watergate Bay, this superb complex, completed in 2005 and open year round, features a choice of attractive one or two bedroom apartments, plus penthouses all with patio or balcony and many with sea view.

Each apartment has their own secure locker and storage area for surfboards, golf clubs etc and a reserved private parking space. Ground floor apartments are available with level access from the car park, two of which has some disabled friendly features. There are also a number of first and second floor apartments served by a lift.

There is a small shop within the complex providing basic essentials plus a laundry (payable by tokens) and laundry service.

Each one bedroom apartment has a twin with en-suite toilet, TV and DVD player plus separate de-luxe bathroom. Each two bedroom apartment has a twin and double bedroom both with TV and DVD player plus two bathrooms one en-suite. All apartments have a well equipped kitchen area, lounge, diner with widescreen TV and selected satellite channels, plus double sofa bed that provides a capacity of 4 persons in the one bedroom units and 6 persons in the two bedroom units.

All bed linen towels and tea towels are provided and all apartments have full double glazing and under-floor heating throughout. The penthouses have the added benefit of some luxury touches including air conditioning throughout.
